Corrected a bug with the frequency display on the airport detail screen. It wasn't always showing all of the frequencies for an airport; this bug has been corrected.

Corrected a potential problem with filing flight plans. Users were leaving the "Route" field blank, assuming a direct flight plan, but that was causing DUATs to kick it out. The system will now replace a blank route field with the word "DIRECT", which is what DUATs looks for.
